About Best Supplements Today

Best Supplements Today publishes short, plain reviews of supplements people are actually considering buying. Not encyclopedia entries, and not thousand-word essays that bury the answer — the label, the evidence, and an honest read on who each formula fits.

Why short

Most supplement reviews are long because length looks like authority, not because the extra words help. If you're standing at a checkout page deciding whether to spend sixty dollars, you need four things: what's in it, whether the research supports it, what buyers report, and whether you're the wrong person for it. Everything else is padding.

Who writes this

Reviews are researched and published by the Best Supplements Today editorial team. Nobody here is a doctor, and we don't put invented credentials on a byline to look more authoritative than we are — a made-up "MD" next to a supplement review is exactly the practice that makes this category hard to trust.

What we do instead is show our work: name the studies, print the doses, and keep the method the same for every product. You can read it on the how we review page.

How we pay for it

Affiliate commissions. When a review links to a manufacturer and you buy, we may earn a percentage at no extra cost to you. We think that's a fair trade for free reading, but only if it never bends the writing — so every review still names the person who should skip the product. Read the full disclosure and our editorial policy.

This is not medical advice

Nothing here diagnoses, treats or replaces a conversation with your doctor — particularly if you're pregnant or nursing, taking prescription medication, or managing a condition. If a symptom is sudden, one-sided, or painful, that's a clinic visit, not a supplement.
